Women Without Makeup

I will never understand why certain men feel as if they deserve a trophy for saying, “I like girls who don’t wear makeup”. It’s not a man’s body, a man’s face, or a man’s choice, therefore making any sense of approval or accomplishment inherently irrelevant. Makeup is a form of self expression and lack thereof is a statement of confidence within itself, but that statement isn’t for polo wearing frat boys to decide; it’s for the individual who within herself makes the conscious choice of declaring.

Let’s leave it that way.
